Unfortunately there can be many reasons why QUEUE is not able to connect or synchronize. We have outlined some of the most common issues

No internet connectivity

If the network indicator is red, you might have problems connecting to your router or with the internet access from the router.

Check your internet connection

Open a browser on your device and confirm that you can open a website though the browser. If you are unable to open a website, please try restarting your router and/or device.

If you are still not able to connect the device, please contact your internet provider for further assistance.
